The cost will vary widely depending on what you are asking for, but I am committed to making my portraiture as cost-effective as I can so it's accessible to as many folks as possible. I will be as transparent about the pricing as I can, and I'm happy to work out pricing options.
-
I will give you an itemized quote based on your preferred options. I will also give you a turnaround time, based on when payment is made. Since it is a quote, there will be plenty of room to discuss options based on your preferences or budget, and if my services or pricing isn't what you're looking for, that's no problem.
Once we've come to a confirmed agreement on your portrait preferences, I will send a secure payment request to your email. Upon payment, I will have your portrait finished and shipped to you on or before my quoted turnaround time.

I have standard frame sizing options listed on the order form. If you'd like a different size, just let me know. Large-format sizes might end up with extra shipping costs.
-
Definitely. We can talk about options based on the reference photos you provide.

I am happy to hear any thoughts on your creative vision. Ultimately, the portrait will be done in my own style and there will always be limitations to what I am capable/willing to do. But let's talk it out!
-
Listen, I can definitely make some miracles happen with iffy reference photos, but there are also times that I'm going to have to say no if the photo isn't workable. If it's all you got, let me see it and I'll tell you what I can do. Ultimately, the better the photo, the more I can do with it. Check out my photo reference guide if you need to, too.

For personal use, yes. I can provide you with a high-resolution copy of your portrait if you'd like to make a print of it. Commercial use (making money from prints of my art) is not allowed.
FAQs
Photo Reference Guide
Having a good photo to reference is very important for getting the best portrait.
Here are some tips for uploading reference photos for me to work from:
Make sure the photo(s) you select show off the subject's personality. If you have a preferred image that you want me to work with, let me know.
The photo(s) must be in focus, without intense light or shadows that obscure details.
Do not add filters or edit the photo(s) before submitting.
Make sure that the photo has all of the subject showing that you expect to be in the portrait. If I can't see details I won't add them.
